HOW WE WORK
We review who will use the system, the work it needs to support and where your current tools fall short.
We agree the essential features, user permissions, integrations and acceptance criteria before building.
We develop the agreed system and test its main tasks, permissions and handling of missing or invalid information with your team.
We plan the rollout, explain how to use the system and agree hosting, maintenance and future changes separately.
COMMON QUESTIONS
It can be useful when existing software cannot support an important part of your process, or your team relies on disconnected spreadsheets and repeated manual work. We review existing options before recommending a custom build.
Where your tools provide suitable integrations and access, we can include those connections in the scope. We check technical limits, permissions and third-party costs before committing to an integration.
Both depend on the features, integrations, data migration and testing involved. The proposal sets out the agreed scope, delivery plan and costs, including any hosting, subscriptions or ongoing support.
Ownership, source code access, hosting accounts and administrator responsibilities are agreed in the proposal. We also define which users can view or change each part of the system.
We agree the handover and support arrangements before launch. Maintenance, backups, updates and additional features are scoped explicitly so you know what is included and who is responsible.
